Refund Policy

1. Overview

GoCraftKit offers AI-powered content creation tools including Creator (Hook, Title, Script engines), Brand (Personal IP Builder), and Live (Livestream Script Generator). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

2. Free Tier

Our free tier provides 3 generations per day per tool at no cost. No refund is applicable as no payment is involved.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans (Creator $29/mo, Full Kit $39/mo):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund requests within 7 days of the initial charge will be honored in full. Contact us at support@gocraftkit.com.
• After 7 days, no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans (Creator $199/yr, Full Kit $299/yr):

• Refund requests within 14 days of the initial charge will be honored in full.
• After 14 days, no refunds are provided. You may cancel to prevent future charges.

5. One-Time Purchases (Pro Lifetime)

For one-time lifetime purchases ($19.99 per tool):

• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be honored in full.
• After 7 days, all sales are final.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear abusive or fraudulent, including but not limited to: multiple refund requests from the same user, usage significantly exceeding normal trial patterns before requesting a refund, or violation of our Terms of Service.
